Service Advisor


Seeking a Service Advisor who is customer service oriented to join their team. This is a full-time position with company benefits.

Role Expectations:

  • Dealership first-line customer relations and service representative with the main goal to EXCEED our Customer’s Expectations
  • Communicate with customers,and document requests and concerns in work orders
  • Work with technicians to relate workorder and timeline to customer
  • Provide quotes to customers, manage work orders through the day, and keep customers informed of vehicle status

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer Service experience
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Drivers’ Licensewith clean driver’s abstract

Technician


Seeking an JourneymanAutomotive Technicianora3rdor 4thyear Apprentice Automotive Technician to join their team. We offer a great working environment with a modern, clean 10 bay shop, the latestequipment and technology.

Role Expectations:

  • Perform work specified on work orders
  • Test-drive vehicles, and use diagnostic tools
  • Diagnosis, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including Gas and Dieselengine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc
  • Direct communication with Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional servicing including timeline
  • Ensure quotes are completed correctly
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and tidy

Requirements:

  • GM Training-preferred
  • Drivers’ Licensewith clean driver’s abstract
  • A winning attitude and the ability to work well with others
